Your search for correspondence with Henrietta Franklin retrieves the following record (i.e. File of miscellaneous correspondence). In order to find her name in the Description, you could use the Find function. Use <CTRL F> (hold down the Control key and press F) to find the keyword in the full record display. If you are using Chrome as your browser, the find search box appears at the top right (as in the image below). In Firefox, the Find search box appears in blue at the bottom left of the screen. Type the word you're searching for in that box, e.g. Franklin.
