Click the highlighted book titles and check the subject headings in the full Description. For example:

• workers
• sharing economy
• employees
• contractors

Once you know the subject headings for your topic, you can search by subject (su:). This restricts your search to the Subject fields of records (rather than the entire record) and ensures you will retrieve results that are ABOUT your keywords, instead of results that just mention the keywords in passing, possibly in a different context.
