- Company/Entity: the official name of the company
- DUNS number: Data Universal Numbering System is Dun & Bradstreet’s copyrighted means of identifying businesses on a location-specific basis, and has been assigned to over 100 million businesses worldwide.
- Ticker: an abbreviation used to uniquely identify publicly traded shares of a particular stock on a particular stock market
- NAICS/Industry code: used by business and government to classify businesses according to economic activity in Canada, Mexico and the U.S. It has largely replaced the older Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system.
