The BRFSS collects data in all fifty states regarding health-related risk behaviours, chronic health conditions, and use of preventative services. The system surveys more than 400 000 adults each year. From this website, you can download survey data and documentation. *However, most of the useful data are in file formats which you likely cannot access (ASCII, SAS, etc.).*
