Metadata is the description of the item, as opposed to the item itself. The metadata in the Internet Archive records is exactly the same as the metadata in the WorldCat records. So you should get the same results in both databases.
If you search for the word, 'mothers' using [CTRL F], you will retrieve all the records that include that word in the description.
